CHOOSE AN AD SIZE & HOW LONG TO RUN:

Review the  Rate Sheet, sizes and prices. You can choose to have hot links added that take readers to your website, email, Facebook, Yelp, even a YouTube video. Notice it's not that much more to go with a larger, more noticeable size ad, and that the savings for 6- or 12-months is significant. In advertising, it's "see, recognize, remember, trust, act." So the more consistently they see your ad, the better. Also available: Event Listings, Business News, Help Wanted, Homebase + Spotlight sections.

SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION/AD DESIGN: 

Email or fill out this FORM to reserve your spot, then send your camera-ready hi-res JPG or PDF ~ or if you'd like to utilize  our Ad Design services, see that fee on the Rate Sheet, email your ad info: logo, ad copy, photos, an incentive/coupon, and contact information to debbie@areanewsletters.com. Ad design rates are extremely reasonable for the benefit of my Advertisers, so if you wish to use the ad elsewhere, there is an Art Release fee.

DEADLINES:  

If we design your ad, supply your info by the 15th, ideally. Reserve your ad space by the 18th, and then provide your ad file (JPG or PDF) by the 20th. Sometimes I can sneak ads in as late as the 25th, if space is available. The newsletter goes Live on the 1st of each month. Changes and additions may be made anytime mid-month for a small additional fee.

BILLING:

Your invoice will be emailed to you. From it, you may pay online through your bank (free) or by credit card (by request); or mail a check made payable to: "AreaNewsletters" P.O. Box 1422, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Payments are due by the Due Date on the invoice.
